Pueblo Motorcycling Accident Kills Passenger – Pueblo Motorcycle Accident Attorney

A Colorado motorcyclist was cited for careless driving that led to the death of his passenger in a Pueblo motorcycling accident that occurred Monday, June 7, 2010. In addition to careless driving, the Pueblo Chieftain reported that the Colorado motorcyclist was also cited for driving without insurance. Mawrlacq Lee, was thrown from the Harley-Davidson motorcycle when the driver lost control of the motorcycle while attempting to avoid two cars at a traffic light on Thatcher Avenue. Lee was taken to Parkview Medical Center where she pronounced brain dead early Tuesday morning.
