A Trinidad Man Faces DUI Charges for Rollover Crash – Pueblo Automobile Accident Attorney

The Pueblo Chieftain, has reported that a 20-year-old man from Trinidad “has been charged with driving under the influence and vehicular assault” for his role in a July 22 rollover crash. The Trinidad man was behind the wheel of a car that veered off County Road 71.1. There were two passengers in the car, one who sustained serious bodily injuries. The driver, who was driving with a suspended license and wasn’t wearing a seat-belt, was also seriously injured in the crash.
